When I first met Spencer and Laura, this Ottawa Valley wedding photographer fell in love with them right away! Between Laura’s Charm and Spencer’s quick whit, they are just downright wonderful to spend time with! But what is most incredible about this pair is the unbelievable love they have for their friends, family, and most especially for each other.
Spencer and Laura met in high school. Before long, they were dating, and Laura said she knew Spencer was the one when his dream was to start his own dairy farm. Aw! And just a few years later, Spencer was down on one knee asking Laura to be his forever. I am so thankful for the opportunity I had to document their wedding day, and now I can’t wait to share all the highlights with you!
From the time spent getting ready with her best friends to the moment she raced onto the dance floor to bust a move, Laura was absolutely glowing. And when she walked down the aisle in her strapless white gown, no one could take their eyes off of her. Especially Spencer. The way he held her close during their first dance made you believe in that Disney kind of happily ever after!
One of the truest joys, though, is preserving how beautifully a couple is loved by their family and closest friends on their wedding day. After supper, Spencer and Laura grabbed one of their prize winning cows and we did some photo’s of them walking the cow. Moments like these are the ones I can’t wait to photograph and never forget.
Spencer and Laura told me the thing they were most looking forward to seeing in their wedding gallery was the pictures with them and their daughter, Brynn. And we captured some of those memories to last a lifetime! And as Spencer and Laura celebrated the best day of their lives with the people they loved most, I couldn’t help but share in their joy as I clicked away with my camera! Congratulations, Spencer and Laura, on your new life together, and I can’t wait to hang out with you again soon!
