Throughout the planning process, you’ll receive a series of questionnaires designed to help me understand your vision in greater detail. Engagement sessions are a great chance for us to hang out and get to know each other before your wedding. It’s a time to just be yourselves and have some fun.—no pressure, no need to pose perfectly. We’ll pick a spot that feels like you, and I’ll help guide things along so it all feels natural.

Should you choose to preserve your memories in a custom-designed album, I’ll work closely with you to curate a timeless collection of images that tell the story of your day. Each album is meticulously crafted with attention to detail, ensuring a luxury experience that you’ll treasure for years to come.

What parts of the wedding process are you part of?
For weddings, I give each of the couples I work with my full client guide, which covers everything from how to prepare their getting ready space, to how to create a timeline to how to make group photos not painful. Other than that, I am happy to offer my advice and recommendations on anything you might need but I don’t step into the shoes of planning for you at all.
What are your turn around times?
Our wedding post-production process can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks during the busier, warmer season - our usual turn around is between 4-8 weeks.
How many images do we receive?
Depending on how many hours you book us for - we normally deliver between 400-800 high-resolution digital images. All images are high-resolution jpeg format & can be printed as large as 12x18.
Can we request for the RAW files?
We firmly do not give out our raw files. RAW files are unedited uncompressed files - unless you have the proper software, you won't be able to view the files. All raw files are edited before releasing to our clients.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do. At the time of your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. This fee is than broke up into two equal payments, one due with the signed contract and the next 60 days later. The final 50% is always due 30 days before the wedding. All payments are non-refundable.
Where are you located and do you travel for weddings?
I am based in Renfrew, Ontario but I’ll never say no to an adventure. I’m always down to hop on a plane to capture your love somewhere amazing. Travel fees may apply to any location outside of the Ottawa and Valley area. Feel free to message me and we can discuss what that may look like for your day.
Do you offer associate coverage?
Absolutely! Associates are for weddings on the same day I am already booked and you would like to have the same style of photography or if you are looking for a lower cost in a package I offer. Associates are always experienced, professional and insured photographers who shoot similar to me, and I will still edit the galleries to match my style. They will just be there to document your day on my behalf.
