Summer Wedding at Lago Ottawa: Anthony & Sarah
When Anthony and Sarah first locked eyes, they never could have imagined the beautiful adventure they were about to begin together; they certainly wouldn't have guessed that someday they'd be saying "I do” during a breathtaking and intimate wedding celebration! On a radiant June day, Anthony and Sarah]'s family and friends gathered together to celebrate the beginning of their new life together as husband and wife, and this Ottawa wedding photographer is beyond thrilled she landed an invite to document it all!
The morning was downright bursting with joy and laughter, decked out in pyjamas, the bride and her bridesmaids, had lunch and chit chatted about growing up and memories, meanwhile the groom and his groomsmen were watching TV and catching up on the balcony. When the last boutonniere was pinned and the last curl was sprayed, we all headed off to Lago. Lago was beautifully decorated with florals, and it took our breath away, but nothing could compare to Sarah’s radiance the moment she walked down the aisle. The look on Anthony's face when he saw her was unforgettable!
I was so amazed by the beautiful scene all the vendors painted with their talented work! From the stunning floral arrangements created by Phulero Dola Flowers to the delicious cake crafted by Coucou Desserts, I couldn't help but photograph every last detail! One of the things I love most about weddings is documenting the delicate details a couple has hidden throughout the day. At Anthony and Sarah's wedding day, I loved the way that they incorporated their heritages into their wedding day.
As the party drew to a close, the guests gave their last hugs to the newlyweds before they ran off into the night to begin their life together as husband and wife. I am so grateful I was able to document this beautiful Lago wedding day in all its magnificence, and it's a celebration I'm never going to forget! Congratulations, Anthony and Sarah, on the first day of your new life together! I can't wait to see you again soon!
