Autumn Farm Wedding in Pakenham: Shawn & Jade
Every wedding day is uniquely beautiful, but as a wedding photographer, there are just some celebrations that stick out in my memory in a special way. Sometimes it's because of the breathtaking venue and other times because of the personality-packed celebration the bride and groom planned. But there are some wedding days that I'll never forget because the couple chose vendors that turned a wedding day into a fairytale. And that was certainly the case with Shawn and Jade’s wedding day!
Where to begin! The bride was radiant from the moment she arrived, but the way Pinned Bridal Hair and Emily Craig worked their magic made her downright jaw-dropping. I especially loved the simplistic look, and when Jade slipped into her wedding dress from Sinder’s Bridal to complete the look, her bridesmaids were just in awe when she did the reveal with them. Moments like this are what make the pre-ceremony time some of my favorite on a wedding day!
The groom and his groomsmen in their suits from RW&CO looked comfortable and relaxed while doing their photo’s!
As the celebrations began and we headed to the ceremony location, it would be impossible not to notice the colourful floral arrangements created by Jade herself. From the florals on the arch to the bouquets the artistry on display was incredible.
Speaking of amazing scents, how could I possibly forget to mention the mouthwatering food from The Mixing Bowl and the donuts by Maverick’s in Arnprior! Believe me, they looked - and tasted - downright incredible. But this wedding day wouldn't have been complete without music that got the couple, their family, and the guests out on the dance floor! When 2 J’s Music Machine played Cotton Eyed Joe, the guests couldn't resist getting up to dance.
The laughter in the air was irresistible, and I couldn't help but laugh (and dance a little, too!) with them as I clicked away on my camera. The work of talented vendors can turn a heartfelt celebration into one that's impossible to forget, and that's definitely what happened on Shawn and Jade's wedding day. I am so impressed that they were able to find so many amazing artists to bring their wedding day vision to life, and I'm beyond grateful I was invited to document it all!
Congratulations, Shawn and Jade, and I know your marriage will be just as beautiful as the day it began!
